• Manage and enhance the virtual desktop infrastructure, ensuring performance and reliability;
• Act as a key reference in the team for Windows systems administration, applying best practices;
• Anticipate technical and operational dependencies to mitigate risks and accelerate delivery;
• Continuously review processes and propose sustainable improvements;
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.

What You Will Need

• Strong experience in Windows systems administration and virtual workplace environments;
• High sense of ownership and autonomy when solving issues;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt knowledge across different contexts;
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and team collaboration;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
