Hitachi Vantara Corporation in Portugal seeks a Sr. Vendor Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day Vendor Management across BPO operations, ensuring SLA/KPI achievement and risk monitoring.

You will drive continuous improvements, governance, and cross-functional collaboration under the Service Manager guidance. The role requires 4-5 years in vendor management, procurement, or related functions, with strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day service delivery activities across operational teams, ensuring achievement of agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor, identify and report operational risks to the Service Manager.
• Monitor continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with approved procedures and governance standards.
• Provide transparent reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Service Manager.
• Support monthly service performance reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
