Siemens Mobility invites an experienced User Experience Expert to shape the future employee experience by designing around employee needs and driving adoption across Office IT Services. You will bridge employees, service owners and technical teams to deliver intuitive, end-to-end experiences.

You will create journeys, blueprints and moments that matter, applying an AI-aware mindset to analyze feedback and improve usability and productivity across a global, hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 3 years of UX or service-design experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and journey maps.

Responsabilidades

• Shape future employee experiences by designing around employee needs.
• Act as bridge between employees, service owners and teams to ensure seamless UX.
• Create end-to-end user journeys, service blueprints and Moments that Matter.
• Measure adoption, satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
