You will act as an independent experience auditor, shaping the future employee experience of Office IT Services by ensuring services are designed around user needs and adopted across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in UX, service design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX, service design or related disciplines.
• Strong user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating user journeys and service maps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and improve the employee experience across Office IT Services.
• Produce audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Define experience standards and best practices.
• Map employee journeys and Moments that Matter.
