We are looking for an experienced User Experience & Service Design Professional to join our team. In this role, you will help shape the future employee experience of Office IT Services by ensuring services are designed around employee needs, communicated effectively, and adopted successfully across the organization. You will act as the bridge between employees, service owners, and service teams ensuring that IT services deliver not only technical excellence but also a seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Your mission will be...

• Drive continuous improvement of Office IT Services by systematically assessing, measuring, and improving the employee experience. You will act as an independent experience auditor and service improvement expert, evaluating services from an employee perspective, identifying experience gaps and opportunities, and partnering with service owners to design and implement meaningful improvements.
• The role combines:

• Evaluating end-to-end employee journeys, support interactions, communications, self-service capabilities, and service touchpoints.
• Identifying pain points, friction areas, process inefficiencies, and experience gaps through ticket analysis, user feedback, surveys, service metrics, and employee interviews.
• Producing audit reports with clear findings, evidence-based recommendations, prioritized improvement opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
• Defining experience standards and best practices that can be consistently applied across Office IT Services.
• Mapping employee journeys and Moments that Matter across the complete service lifecycle.
• Driving structured continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings and employee feedback.
• Tracking improvement actions and measuring their impact on employee satisfaction, productivity, adoption, and service quality.
• Analyzing service performance trends, incidents, adoption data, employee feedback, and satisfaction indicators.
• Applying an AI-first mindset in daily work by using AI capabilities to analyze feedback, create content, generate insights, optimize communications, identify improvement opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone with...

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Communications, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in User Experience, Service Design, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace, Communications, Change Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Proven experience creating user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and experience maps.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and executing employee communication and adoption activities.
• Ability to translate complex technologies and processes into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working in large and global organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Familiarity with Digital Workplace services and modern productivity environments.
• Interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence, Employee Experience Analytics, and the future of work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for improving employee experiences through innovation, communication, and service design.
