Siemens GBS is seeking a role focused on auditing and improving the Office IT Services employee experience. You will audit, map journeys, and design improvements that elevate employee satisfaction and productivity while driving end-to-end ownership.

You will leverage AI-driven insights, measure impact, and partner with service owners to implement changes within a global, diverse organization. A hybrid work model supports flexible scheduling and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX, Service Design, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace, Communications, Change Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and experience maps.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and improve the Office IT Services employee experience.
• Design and map end-to-end employee journeys and moments that matter.
• Produce evidence-based audit reports with recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Apply AI-first insights to analyze feedback and generate actionable outputs.
