Job summary

Emma The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive the UK market's commercial performance. You will shape pricing, promotions and category strategy, coordinating with Marketing, Planning and Global Category Management to grow revenue and margin.

You will lead growth initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure products are competitively positioned for UK customers. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant commercial experience in FMCG, consumer goods, Retail or Ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage P&L.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive UK's commercial performance by tracking P&L and regular reporting.
• Define category strategy, pricing and positioning, and coordinate launches across the product lifecycle.
• Optimize growth levers such as promos, coupons, incentives and bundles.
• Lead cross-functional campaigns and coordinate topics across Marketing, Webshop and Operations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to refine commercial strategy and support regional growth projects.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related field
