Job summary

MVGM Portugal is seeking a Senior Technical Property Manager to join our Office Team in Lisbon. You will manage a portfolio of office assets for institutional and corporate clients, ensuring technical and financial performance while coordinating maintenance and services.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of property management experience, with fluency in Portuguese and English. A dynamic, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Property Management, preferably within office assets.
• Strong understanding of building systems and operations.
• Experience managing service providers and technical contracts.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
