Qualificações

• 5+ years in relevant expertise, ideally in financial institutions or industry software.
• 5+ years in modern software technologies.
• Experience with software implementation, support, or training.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients to determine project requirements and needs analysis.
• Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions.
• Communicate project scope, status, and risks to stakeholders.
