A leading financial services firm in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a team in developing and enhancing the Secure GPT service. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, including 3-5 in a leadership role, with a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, DevOps, and API management. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to professional development and a collaborative work environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with 3-5 years in a lead role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex software projects.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team in the design and delivery of new features for Secure GPT.
• Define and prioritize user stories based on business value.
• Manage product backlog reflecting latest priorities.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for feedback and updates.

Conhecimentos

JavaScript/TypeScript development

GitHub / DevOps experience

Experience in API operations and management

Competence in monitoring resources on Azure

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Terraform and/or Bicep

Software design patterns

Agile software development practices

Cloud-based technologies

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
