HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Technical Solution Manager (Agile/SDLC) to lead delivery across distributed squads in Europe. This fully remote role reports to the Insurance Exchange CTO and drives alignment of Product and Tech through every SDLC phase, from requirements to release.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across continents, manage dependencies, and coach squad leads to uphold high delivery standards, with English as the primary working language.

Qualificações

• Proven delivery leadership in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile)
• Deep understanding of SDLC from planning to production
• Ability to coordinate multi-team workstreams across geographies

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery orchestration of international software projects spanning multiple squads
• Ensure alignment of Product and Tech across all SDLC phases
• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to translate technical realities into strategic decisions
