CareerGenie DEMO is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive growth for a highly technical, globally distributed team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, data, product, and infrastructure domains, building scalable hiring processes and talent strategies.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience in recruitment, with focus on technology roles and full-cycle hiring.
• Strong understanding of modern technical environments, particularly cloud, data, and software engineering domains.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple European markets and time zones.
• Fluency in English with clear communication to candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across engineering, data, product, infrastructure, and related functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and tailored sourcing strategies.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns, engaging passive talent through platforms, communities, events, and networks.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate technical understanding and cultural fit.
• Own and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for European and international markets.
• Contribute to and help refine the global talent acquisition strategy, including employer branding and market insights.
