You will attract top talent for commercial, technology, and medical roles, leveraging AI-driven tools to build diverse candidate shortlists and ensure smooth onboarding. Fluency in English and German is required, with a proactive, strategic mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the Talent Acquisition team, you will work in our capabilities center in Lisbon. You will partner closely with the HR teams and hiring managers, supporting the teams who make sure our medicines are available in the respective local markets. You can make a real difference in our delivery to patients. As a strategic talent partner, you ensure we attract and hire the best professionals across key areas like commercial, technology, operations/Supply Chain, medical, clinical research and many others!

• End‑to‑end recruitment – Drive full-cycle hiring, from partnering with hiring managers to crafting recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising on the best hires.
• Creative talent attraction – Develop unique, forward‑thinking recruitment strategies to strengthen Amgen’s employer brand and attract top‑tier talent, while using our AI driven Candidate Relationship Management System.
• Proactive networking – Build strong pipelines for key roles and provide diverse, high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Flawless onboarding – Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into Amgen’s HR systems
• Global collaboration – Work alongside an international team to optimize processes and learn from each‑other

Preferred requirements

• Experience in recruitment for Technology, Global operations, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs is a plus
• Experience in Healthcare business preferred
