AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks two Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Operations to independently manage complex recruitment administration and coordination across ELMAC countries. You will deliver and strengthen key stages of the hiring lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer and contract administration, pre-employment checks, and Workday hiring activities.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Talent Acquisition operations, with

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, HR operations, shared services, or a related operational role.
• Experience across multiple countries and stakeholder teams with local variations.
• Fluent business-level English; additional languages (German, French, Italian or Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and HRIS; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage complex post-offer, hiring-documentation, pre-employment, or pre-boarding cases.
• Coordinate multi-country interviews and candidate logistics; manage offers and contracts.
• Lead defined projects or workstreams; drive process improvements and documentation.
• Support Workday configuration and automation for offers and contracts; train teammates.
