Job summary

You will lead AI and strategic initiatives across PSCS and broader site businesses, coordinating with multi-functional teams and translating strategy into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on establishing governance, managing scope, timelines and resources, and driving execution with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Significant project, program or PMO experience within a CRO or life sciences organization.
• Strong understanding of the clinical research and life sciences environment.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management and execution capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate project scope, objectives, timelines and success measures.
• Lead PSCS AI strategy and translate into key projects and priorities.
• Build clear project plans and governance structures for execution.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
