Job summary

IQVIA in Portugal is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Safety Program Lead to oversee management and delivery across regional and global projects, focusing on PV and clinical trial responsibilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company with Lifecycle Safety and project management.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional and local clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interface and communication for assigned projects and act as Lifecycle Safety contact.
• Manage deliverables including planning, scope, quality and budget.
• Report program metrics and oversee related projects.
• Develop and defend proposed Safety solutions as SME for Governance and Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Proposals to craft tailored responses.
• Oversee startup, risk management, and transition to delivery.
• Lead Lifecycle Safety virtual project teams and align with global counterparts.
