Savills Portugal is seeking a Senior Specialty Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to maximise Specialty Leasing and Mall Income while shaping the marketing strategy across a portfolio of shopping centres and retail parks.

You will work closely with asset teams, brands, operators and external partners to drive revenue, footfall and customer engagement, contributing to the overall positioning of our retail assets in a dynamic market.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial mindset with retail real estate experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail real estate sector (shopping centres or retail parks).
• Proven experience in Specialty Leasing, Mall Income or alternative revenue generation.
• Strong experience negotiating with brands, operators and commercial partners.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop Specialty Leasing opportunities to maximise income across the portfolio.
• Lead acquisition, negotiation and implementation of pop-ups, brand activations and events.
• Identify new brands and concepts for long-term commercial opportunities across assets.
• Manage Specialty Leasing activity with planning, execution and performance monitoring.
• Develop and monitor the Specialty Leasing and brand events business plan with forecasts and targets.
• Support asset teams to maximise temporary retail spaces.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and ensure contractual compliance.
