Savills Portugal is seeking an Office Advisory Consultant for its Lisbon office. The role focuses on strategic advisory for occupier clients, using market data to guide leasing decisions and space strategies.

You will analyze market trends, prepare reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure data-driven recommendations. The candidate possesses 2–3 years in real estate advisory and strong analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Degree or Master’s in Management, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Law.
• 2–3 years in real estate advisory, consulting, research, valuation or similar analytical role (preferred).
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and quality orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple analyses and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, resilient and professional profile.
• Driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic advisory support to occupier clients throughout the office decision and leasing lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis of the office sector to support location strategies.
• Analyze office assets from strategic, technical and financial perspectives for occupiers.
• Prepare high-quality analytical and advisory materials (market reports, presentations, teasers, memos).
• Help define occupier strategies including location, space requirements, timing and negotiation positioning.
• Monitor market trends and produce insights to support internal teams and client advisory.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency between research and advisory outputs.
