Job summary

Primark is seeking a Senior Property Acquisition professional to lead expansion in Portugal from Lisbon. You will manage the acquisition process, develop business cases, and negotiate AFL/Lease terms with external advisers while coordinating with Retail, Store Operations, Finance, and Logistics.

The role requires 5–10 years in property or retail real estate, advanced English, and strong Excel capabilities, reporting to the Head of Property, Iberia, in Lisbon.
