Cloudflare is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager for Iberia & Italy to lead and grow the SE team across sales and technical disciplines. You will coach, mentor and develop engineers, helping them deliver AI/ML-focused demos, POCs and architectural reviews to enterprise customers.

You’ll recruit and onboard new team members, coordinate with Product, Engineering and Sales, and ensure high customer impact through scalable, AI-driven solutions. Prior experience with EU markets is a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in coaching, leadership or team management.
• Experience in solving escalations and managing team performance.
• Proven ability to partner with account executives and customer success teams to deliver Cloudflare solutions.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and ability to articulate Cloudflare’s AI product portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Iberia & Italy SE team to excel across sales and technical disciplines.
• Coach team members on delivering AI/ML-focused demos and architecture reviews.
• Recruit, onboard and enable new SEs; shadow and improve technical expertise for customers.
