Make ModernHappen seeks a Senior SLDC Specialist to drive an AI-enhanced Software Development Lifecycle and redefine engineering practices. You will partner across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Testing, and Product to embed AI into delivery and governance, leading pilots and scaling successful outcomes.

The role demands strong leadership, deep SDLC expertise, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools to push for continuous improvement across the org.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in software engineering or SDLC transformation.
• Strong background in modern software delivery.
• Solid DevSecOps, CI/CD, QA, security basics.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience designing AI agents and workflows.
• Experience defining operating models and governance.
• End-to-end SDLC understanding (requirements to release).
• Experience creating standards and reusable frameworks.
• Ability to define and measure adoption KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management across tech teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership.

• Define and track adoption, productivity, quality KPIs.
• Evaluate AI coding assistants and agentic technologies for SDLC.
• Drive change management and adoption to accelerate AI workflows.

Your responsibilities include:

• Define and drive the AI-DrivenSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC) operating model across theorganization.
  
• Identify opportunities where AIcan transform, simplify, augment, or automate activities throughout thesoftware development lifecycle.
  
• Redesign engineering processesfollowing a Human + AI approach, embedding AI into ways of working ratherthan simply adding AI to existing processes.
  
• Define and establish bestpractices for the use of Specifications (Specs), Skills, Instructions,Custom Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
  
• Develop reusable standards,frameworks, and patterns for AI-assisted software engineering.
  
• Evolve engineering practicesacross requirements, architecture, development, code review, testing,security, release management, and continuous improvement through AIadoption.
  
• Define the roles,responsibilities, and skills required within an AI-driven engineeringorganization.
  
• Design and maintain AI-drivenGolden Paths and reference workflows for different technology stacks anddevelopment teams.
  
• Partner with Engineering,Architecture, Security, Testing, and Product teams to integrate AI intosoftware delivery practices.
  
• Lead pilot initiatives andtransform successful outcomes into scalable enterprise-wide practices.
  
• Define and track metricsrelated to adoption, productivity, quality, developer experience, andengineering efficiency.
  
• Evaluate emerging AI codingassistants, engineering agents, and agentic technologies, assessing theirapplicability across the SDLC.
  
• Drive change management,enablement, and adoption initiatives to accelerate AI-driven ways ofworking.
  

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or SDLC transformation initiatives.
  
• Strong background in SoftwareEngineering and modern software delivery practices.
  
• Solid understanding ofDevSecOps, CI/CD, Quality Engineering, Testing, and Secure SoftwareDevelopment practices.
  
• Hands-on experience withAI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
  
• Practical experience designing,implementing, or evaluating AI agents, custom agents, agentic workflows,or AI-driven engineering solutions.
  
• Experience defining engineeringoperating models, development processes, governance frameworks, andorganizational change initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of theend-to-end SDLC, including requirements, architecture, development,testing, security, release, and continuous improvement.
  
• Experience creating engineeringstandards, reusable frameworks, templates, or best practices.
  
• Ability to define and measureadoption, productivity, quality, and developer experience KPIs.
  
• Strong stakeholder managementskills, with the ability to influence Engineering, Architecture, Security,Testing, and Product organizations.
  
• Excellent communication,facilitation, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
