Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/Math or related field.
• At least 3 years in AI/ML engineering with production experience.
• Strong Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch proficiency.
• Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps incl. CI/CD for models and monitoring.
• Awareness of security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

What will be your role

We are looking for an experienced AI Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions for our clients, ranging from predictive models to Generative AI and intelligent automation. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and operational impact. You will work with enterprise platforms such as Noxus to integrate AI capabilities into real business contexts, and help define how AI systems are built, deployed, and monitored in production. Beyond the technical side, the role requires strong communication skills to align technical teams and business stakeholders around common goals, always with security, data privacy, and Responsible AI practices in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI Initiatives End-to-End: Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including predictive models, Generative AI applications, and intelligent automation.
• Define MLOps/LLMOps Best Practices: Establish standards for model lifecycle management, integration with enterprise systems, and monitoring in production.
• Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Turn business requirements into scalable, reliable architectures that deliver measurable operational impact.
• Work with Enterprise AI Platforms: Use platforms such as Noxus to support integrations, workflow automation, and the rollout of AI capabilities in real-world contexts.
• Ensure Secure and Responsible AI: Guarantee security standards, data privacy, and Responsible AI practices across cloud environments.
• Intelligent LLM-based assistants that support both employees and customers, and advanced Machine Learning Models.
• Agentic Systems: Autonomous agents that carry out complex tasks, orchestrate processes, and interact with multiple information sources.

What should you bring to the team?

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven experience taking solutions into production.
• Solid experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, including RAG, agents, and integration with enterprise tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD for models, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Awareness of security, data privacy, and Responsible AI principles in cloud environments.
• Experience with the Noxus platform is a plus, especially for automation, process orchestration, and integration with intelligent solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical teams with business stakeholders.
• Strong individual and team problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
