Match Profiler is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our internal team with a hybrid setup in Brussels. You will lead architecture design, oversee ITSM implementations, migrations, and integrations with external tools, while mentoring team members and aligning with ITIL practices.

The role requires seniority in ServiceNow, strong communication skills in English and other regional languages, and the ability to coordinate across client projects within an international context.

Qualificações

• Senior-level architect with ITIL-based service management experience.
• Proven delivery of ITSM implementations and migrations.
