Inetum is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the platform's evolution, governance, and long-term success. You will lead architecture, development, configurations, and integrations to deliver scalable, secure, business-driven solutions in a hybrid work environment.

You will mentor developers and administrators, collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, and help shape the platform roadmap while ensuring upgrade readiness and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Technical Lead role or a similar leadership position.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, configuration, and platform governance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex workflows, Service Catalog solutions, automations, and integrations.
• Experience reviewing and validating technical designs, custom developments, and platform enhancements.
• Strong understanding of platform performance, scalability, security, and upgrade management.
• Experience collaborating with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and lifecycle management.
• Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Knowledge of CMDB is considered a strong plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain, and evolve the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions aligned with governance and best practices.
• Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments for scalability and upgrade readiness.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Design and implement complex workflows, Service Catalog items, platform automations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, security, and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap and identify opportunities with new capabilities.
• Assess impact of platform upgrades on customizations and integrations.
• Oversee technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams for seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce technical debt and increase platform adoption.
