Job summary

MoOngy Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its engineering and IT team in Portugal. You will design, develop, and maintain ITSM modules, implement Incident and Problem Management, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Expect a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office) and a collaborative, international environment with opportunities for certifications and growth in ServiceNow and related IT operations disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Implement and enhance Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Create dashboards and maintain technical documentation.
• Support users and contribute to platform improvements.

Senior ServiceNow Developer

Work Model:

hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CMDB.
• Experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• CIS-ITSM, ITIL Foundation, or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge of ITOM.
