Fusion Consulting AG seeks an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will define the solution architecture, ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems, and support the implementation and deployment phases.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and understanding of HR master data and org structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid knowledge of PA and OM within SAP HCM.
• Understanding of HR master data usage and integration with S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration design.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM data structures, interfaces and integration mechanisms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment and cutover.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the HR Mini Master architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements for data representation.
• Design and oversee HRMM integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM, integration, and technical teams throughout implementation.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution.
• Review designs and maintain architecture documentation.
