Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will define the solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding systems and guiding the project through implementation and deployment.

The role focuses on HR data and processes within S/4HANA, translating business requirements into scalable designs.

Qualificações

• Strong HR master data and organizational structure knowledge.
• Experience designing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding PA and OM within SAP HCM.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own HR Mini Master architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solutions from business and technical requirements.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end designs and support deployment.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM, integration, and technical teams.
