Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will define the solution architecture, ensure proper integration with surrounding systems, and support the implementation through deployment and cutover, working with HR/HCM functional consultants and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements, covering the relevant subset of SAP HCM functionality required in S/4HANA.
• Define how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA.
• Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
• Ensure alignment between HRMM and relevant S/4HANA processes and integration points.
• Work closely with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support configuration and implementation teams with architectural guidance and design decisions.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of solution and integration issues.
• Review solution designs and ensure consistency with the overall S/4HANA architecture.
• Prepare and maintain solution architecture and design documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The role focuses on the HR data and processes required within S/4HANA, rather than the full SAP HCM suite. You will be responsible for defining the solution architecture, ensuring effective integration with surrounding systems, and supporting the solution throughout implementation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and a solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of relevant SAP HCM areas, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration, particularly for employee, organizational, and HR master data.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns used between Workday and SAP environments.
