Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect specialized in HR/MM in SAP S/4HANA to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master solution within a transformation program. You will define the solution architecture, ensure smooth integration with surrounding systems, and support the project through deployment.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR and understanding of HR master data and org structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution based on business/technical requirements within S/4HANA.
• Define data representation for employees and org data in S/4HANA.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and designs.
• Ensure alignment with S/4HANA processes and integration points.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM, integration, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance to configuration and implementation teams.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution.
• Review designs for consistency with overall S/4HANA architecture.
• Prepare and maintain solution architecture documentation.
