Fusion Consulting in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will define the solution architecture and ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems throughout deployment.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with SAP HCM and HR master data.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of PA and OM within SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of HR master data usage and integration with S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements for S/4HANA.
• Define how employee and organizational data are represented in S/4HANA.
• Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and other systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Ensure alignment between HRMM and S/4HANA processes and integration points.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM consultants, integration teams, and technical staff.
• Provide architectural guidance for configuration and implementation teams.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution.
• Review designs for consistency with overall S/4HANA architecture.
• Prepare and maintain solution architecture and design docs.
