Affinity, a Portuguese technology consulting company, seeks an SAP Platform Owner to take full ownership of the SAP landscape and related services. You will lead SAP Release Management activities, govern Change Management, and coordinate across multiple suppliers and AMS teams to ensure quality and continuity.

The role requires senior experience in SAP platform governance, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive initiatives independently within IT Service Management frameworks.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience as SAP Platform Owner, SAP Service Owner, or similar role.
• Strong experience in SAP Release Management, including planning and governance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Change Management and governance across SAP environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP platform governance, service ownership, and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall ownership of the SAP platform and related services.
• Lead and coordinate SAP Release Management activities with planned, controlled deliveries.
• Establish and maintain the SAP release calendar coordinating dependencies across teams and suppliers.
• Govern SAP Change Management ensuring proper assessment, planning and implementation.
• Coordinate activities across multiple suppliers, AMS teams, project teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure services are delivered, monitored, and managed to established standards and best practices.
• Identify risks and dependencies across the SAP landscape and coordinate actions.
• Drive assigned activities independently with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Monitor and report SAP platform and service performance to management and stakeholders.
• Support collaboration between project, service, AMS and supplier organizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP service landscape.
