Affinity, a Portuguese technology consulting company, is seeking an experienced SAP Platform Owner to drive release management and governance across SAP environments. You will own the SAP platform, coordinate AMS teams and suppliers, and ensure stable service delivery in a multi-vendor setting.

You will interact with management and steering-level stakeholders, defining calendars, processes, and improvements while working from Portugal to support European clients.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience as SAP Platform Owner, SAP Service Owner, or similar role.
• Strong experience in SAP Release Management, including planning, coordination, governance, and controlled release processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Change Management and governance of changes across SAP environments.
• Understanding of SAP platform governance, service ownership, and service delivery.
• Experience designing and maintaining release processes and calendars.
• Experience coordinating AMS teams and multiple suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with management and steering stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in structured IT Service Management environments.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall ownership of the SAP platform and related services, ensuring quality and continuity.
• Lead and coordinate SAP Release Management activities, ensuring controlled deliveries.
• Establish and maintain the SAP release calendar across teams and suppliers.
• Govern SAP Change Management with proper assessment, planning, and execution.
• Coordinate activities across multiple suppliers, AMS teams, and project teams.
• Ensure services are delivered, monitored, and managed to standards.
• Identify risks and dependencies across the SAP landscape and act accordingly.
• Drive assigned activities with clear ownership and follow-through.
