Stefanini EMEA is hiring a Senior SAP MM Consultant with retail project experience to join a European client’s ERP team. This is a remote, long-term position supporting B2B, P2P, and SAP S/4HANA environments across on-premises systems and integrations.

The role focuses on P2P, B2B, SD, and POS processes, working with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement, automation, and Clean Core principles within a diverse ERP team.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of SAP MM/SD experience in retail or FMCG environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Strong English-language skills for international collaboration.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and blueprinting for S/4HANA P2P/Inventory Management.
• Design SD processes including resource-related workflows.
• Architect integration patterns (SOAP/REST, IDocs) for POS and sales flows.
• Define strategy for MRP replenishment and warehouse optimization.
• Oversee cutover, hypercare, and solution documentation.

Job description

Stefanini is hiring Senior SAP MM Consultants, with retail projects experience, to join the team of one of our clients (european retail e-commerce platform).

This is a remote role, with long term duration.

The client is seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant to support the delivery of its B2B and P2P strategy by developing and scaling core business processes.

The successful candidate will join a diverse, international team of 15 ERP consultants responsible for P2P, B2B, SD, and POS processes across on-premises SAP S/4HANA systems and related integrations. The environment is fast-paced and makes use of the latest SAP technologies. The team values collaboration and knowledge sharing, and encourages innovative thinking, process improvement, and automation—including approaches beyond standard SAP practices—while maintaining a focus on Clean Core principles.

In this role, the consultant will focus on P2P, B2B, SD, and POS, supporting a wide range of stakeholders through a balanced mix of maintenance and project work. Drawing on their consulting experience, the successful candidate will also help develop the team and its support processes by sharing and applying their expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and blueprinting for S/4HANA P2P and Inventory Management architectures.
• Design complex SD processes, including resource-related processes, which are preferred.
• Design intercompany billing (RRICB) and overstock B2B sales cycles, from quotation through outbound delivery.
• Architect integration patterns, including SOAP/REST APIs and IDocs, for POS sales and return transactions.
• Define the overarching strategy for MRP replenishment, internal warehouse optimization, and article master data governance.
• Lead architectural workshops, manage solution documentation, and oversee cutover and hypercare for major rollouts.
• Serve as the primary link between the business—including Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail Operations—and IT, translating high-level business goals into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Govern the overall system architecture across S/4HANA (MM/SD/POS), Coupa, and VIM.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 8+ years of SAP MM/SD experience, including at least two full end-to-end S/4HANA implementations in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong English-language skills to work effectively in an international environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is highly preferred.
