Job summary

EPAM Systems in Portugal seeks a Business Solution Architect to lead the business design of Salesforce-enabled transformations, partnering with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with customer journeys and operating models.

You will translate processes into cohesive solution concepts, shape multi-cloud architectures, and drive value realization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with emphasis on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business consulting, business architecture, or CRM programs.
• 3+ years in business solution architecture or lead consulting.
• Strong Salesforce-enabled capabilities and multi-cloud experience.
• Translate needs into structured capabilities, processes and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and executive interviews to define objectives and priorities.
• Assess operating models and design target-state architecture and roadmaps.
• Translate needs into solution vision, epics, and measurable indicators.
• Shape Salesforce-enabled transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Define data requirements and activation scenarios for unified profiles and analytics.
• Support presales activities and client workshops.
• Provide governance during delivery and coach analysts.
