Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design end-to-end Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals and best practices. You will guide teams through complex digital transformations and define data models, integrations, and performance standards.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, proven Salesforce experience, deep knowledge of Sales/Service/Experience Clouds, and strong stakeholder communication in French and English; Portuguese proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Architect or similar senior role.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Guide development teams in implementing scalable Salesforce configurations.

• Lead solution reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure architectural consistency across projects.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes.
