Job summary

Loop Future is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce team in Lisbon on a hybrid schedule. You will design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with close collaboration to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role covers full SDLC in an Agile environment, including deployments, integrations, and platform governance. English proficiency required; certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components and best practices.
• Experience configuring Flows, objects, layouts, validation rules, and automation.
• Solid knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience building integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Professional English language skills.

About Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to join our growing Salesforce team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that support business growth.

You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to technical design, implementation, platform evolution, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform best
• practices.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom objects, Flows, validation rules, triggers, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Perform code reviews and promote development best practices, code quality, and platform governance.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production incidents when required.
• Contribute to platform performance, scalability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development best practices.
• Experience configuring Salesforce, including Flows, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and modern deployment frameworks
