DataSmart seeks a Mid Salesforce Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon) to design, develop, and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with a focus on Service Cloud. You will create Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integrations (REST/SOAP) while configuring Flows and automation tools.

You will collaborate using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD, contribute to technical docs, and participate in Data Cloud-related initiatives. A Salesforce Platform Developer I cert is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, preferably with Service Cloud.
• Strong development skills in Apex, including classes, triggers, SOQL and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules and automation.
• Experience creating technical documentation, including UML and sequence diagrams.
• Knowledge of unit testing, defect analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
• Use Azure DevOps, MIRO and Figma to support development, collaboration, and project delivery.

• Perform unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing to ensure solution quality.
• Work with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of Salesforce solutions involving Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI) and Data Cloud.
