Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER (HYBRID LISBON) Portuguese company hires for hybrid position. Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work Model: Hybrid – three days per week at the client’s office. Language Requirements: Professional English. Seniority: Senior (5+ years). Rate Between €3700 - 4000 RV.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
• Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs
• Contribute to data integration, migration, quality, and governance initiatives
• Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with Salesforce sharing and access-control standards
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment automation tools
• Write unit tests and maintain code coverage in line with Salesforce standards
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge across the team
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams

Required Experience and Technical Skills

• At least five years of professional Salesforce development experience, including work at a senior level
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, triggers, flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and access controls
• Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
• Practical experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflows
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with ETL processes and Salesforce data migration
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery
• Professional proficiency in English
• Availability to work three days per week at the client’s office in Lisbon

• Mandatory Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Strongly Preferred Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Valuable Additional Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Application Architect; Salesforce Certified System Architect

Integration and Data Expertise

• Designing, building, and deploying APIs and integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Working with Informatica for data integration, data quality, or Master Data Management
• Planning and executing ETL and Salesforce data-migration processes
• Applying event-driven integration patterns
• Understanding middleware architecture and integration concepts

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield or platform encryption
• Experience with Heroku or other Salesforce platform extensions
• Familiarity with data governance and Master Data Management principles
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience integrating Salesforce with e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics
