iTRTech Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a hybrid role. You will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, build integrations with key systems, and contribute to data management, deployment automation, and platform best practices.
This is a senior position requiring hands-on development and collaboration with analysts, product owners, DevOps, data engineers, and partners. The role offers weekly three-office days and English-language environment.
Qualificações
- Five+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, triggers, flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- English proficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative, cross-functional team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, build integrations with business-critical systems, and contribute to data management, deployment automation, and platform best practices. You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, DevOps professionals, data engineers, and external partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who enjoys combining hands‑on development with solution design, technical collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components;
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions;
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs;
- Contribute to data integration, migration, quality, and governance initiatives;
- Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with Salesforce sharing and access‑control standards;
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment automation tools;
- Write unit tests and maintain code coverage in line with Salesforce standards;
- Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices;
- Produce technical documentation and share knowledge across the team;
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
- Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
- At least five years of professional Salesforce development experience, including work at a senior level;
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, triggers, flows, and Salesforce APIs;
- Experience with at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud;
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and access controls;
- Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform;
- Experience designing, building, deploying, and consuming REST and SOAP APIs;
- Practical experience with Salesforce DX and source-driven development;
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version‑control workflows;
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps;
- Experience with ETL processes and Salesforce data migration;
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery;
- Professional proficiency in English;
- Availability to work three days per week at the client’s office in Lisbon.

- Designing, building, and deploying APIs and integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform;
- Working with Informatica for data integration, data quality, or Master Data Management;
- Planning and executing ETL and Salesforce data‑migration processes;
- Applying event‑driven integration patterns;
- Understanding middleware architecture and integration concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud;
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield or platform encryption;
- Experience with Heroku or other Salesforce platform extensions;
- Familiarity with data governance and Master Data Management principles;
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle;
- Experience integrating Salesforce with e‑commerce platforms;
- Knowledge of Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics.
