Salesforce Developer Lead

We are recruiting a Salesforce Developer Lead (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 8 years of experience (minimum) in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and integrations.
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing.
• Solid knowledge of Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML for customization and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Certifications: Platform Developer I/II or CTA (valued).
• English: minimum B2 level (mandatory).
