agap2 Netherlands is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions. You will own complex technical requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and integrations.

The role focuses on CPQ configuration, Apex and Lightning development, plus platform integrations and deployment through CI/CD practices. A strong background in architecture and best practices is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Strong Apex development, triggers and test classes.
• Experience with Lightning components, Aura and LWC.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including Price Rules and Product Rules.
• Work with Pricing Waterfalls and Custom Scripting within Salesforce CPQ.
• Implement and manage Advanced Approvals workflows.
• Support Salesforce Billing functionality, including Usage and Usage Summaries.
• Develop Apex triggers, classes and test classes; ensure code quality.
• Build and maintain Lightning components (Aura/LWC) and efficient SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Design Lightning Flows and Salesforce integration patterns using Salesforce APIs.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and reliable deployment practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The position

You will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions, helping to deliver scalable, reliable and technically robust solutions across the Salesforce platform.

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will take ownership of complex technical requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce CPQ configuration, Apex development, Lightning development and platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including Price Rules, Product Rules and Product Configuration.
• Work with Pricing Waterfalls and Custom Scripting within Salesforce CPQ.
• Implement and manage Advanced Approvals workflows.
• Support Salesforce Billing functionality, including Usage and Usage Summaries.
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, synchronous and asynchronous Apex, and test classes.
• Build and maintain Lightning components, including Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop efficient queries using SOQL and SOSL.
• Design and implement Lightning Flows, following Salesforce development best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Support and contribute to CI/CD pipeline processes and reliable deployment practices.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Take ownership of technical solutions from design through to implementation, testing and deployment.
• Contribute to Salesforce platform standards, best practices and continuous technical improvement.

What You bring to the position

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong Apex development skills, including triggers, classes, asynchronous Apex and test classes.
• Practical experience with Lightning development, including Aura and LWC.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience designing and building Lightning Flows.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
• Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II or Platform App Builder.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and develop scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Billing, particularly Usage and Usage Summaries.
