Siemens is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Architect to lead the architectural vision and roadmap for Salesforce CPQ across multiple business units and regions as part of the SherpaX transformation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, enterprise architects, product teams, and delivery organizations to govern the CPQ architecture and support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes.

You will drive alignment with the SherpaX Northstar platform strategy, providing architectural leadership

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and CPQ
• Design enterprise-scale CPQ architectures across global organizations
• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, sales operations, and enterprise apps
• Experience with multiple business units, regions, and distributed teams
• Influence stakeholders and provide architectural guidance in large transformations
• Knowledge of integration patterns, platform governance, data architecture, and analytics enablement
• Salesforce Architect certifications and CPQ expertise desirable
• Strategic thinker with business acumen and scalable solutions

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the architecture strategy for Salesforce CPQ and related ecosystem applications
• Shape and support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes with SherpaX alignment
• Provide architectural leadership for new CPQ demands across regions and business units
• Ensure alignment across delivery organizations (SI IT, DI IT, transformation initiatives)
• Partner with business analytics to enable data-driven CPQ solutions
• Promote standardization and best practices for long-term maintainability

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Architect to lead the architectural vision and roadmap for our Salesforce CPQ ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our CPQ landscape as part of the SherpaX transformation journey, ensuring scalable, reusable, and business-aligned solutions across multiple Business Units, regions, and strategic initiatives.

As a trusted technology leader, you will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product teams, and delivery organizations to define and govern the Salesforce CPQ architecture, support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, and drive alignment with the SherpaX Northstar platform strategy.

• Define and drive the architecture strategy for Salesforce CPQ (CPQ+ and RCA) and related ecosystem applications, ensuring alignment with SherpaX and SI-CPQ objectives.
• Shape and support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, with a strong focus on the CPQ domain and alignment with the SherpaX Northstar platform strategy.
• Provide architectural leadership for new CPQ demands across Business Units and regions, supporting the global CPQ demand management process.
• Ensure architectural alignment across delivery organizations, including SI IT, DI IT, and major transformation initiatives such as SherpaX, Xcelarator, and SiePortal.
• Partner with business and analytics teams to enable Sales Data Analytics initiatives through scalable, reusable, and future-ready CPQ solutions.
• Promote standardization, synergies, and best practices across the CPQ landscape while ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.

We are looking for someone with…

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale CPQ architectures across complex, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes, sales operations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience working across multiple Business Units, regions, and distributed delivery teams.
• Skilled at influencing stakeholders and providing architectural guidance in large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, platform governance, data architecture, and analytics enablement.
• Salesforce Architect certifications and Salesforce CPQ expertise are highly desirable.
• A strategic thinker who combines technical excellence with business acumen and a passion for scalable, reusable solutions.
