InnoWave is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) to join our team in Portugal. You will design, implement, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for telecom clients, focusing on CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Capture.

Omniscript development and API integrations are core parts of the role. The position requires 5+ years in Salesforce consulting/implementation, solid telecom domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate

Qualificações

• Degree in computer science/IT/engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting/implementation.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and Communications Cloud.
• Experience delivering complex integration and digital transformation in telecom.
• Proficient in CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Capture in Salesforce Industries.
• Omniscript development expertise.
• Experience with APIs integration and external systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Hybrid work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and deliver Salesforce Industries solutions, with a strong focus on Communications Cloud and telecoms business processes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client needs and project objectives.
• Configure and implement telecom-specific Salesforce Industries solutions, including CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Capture.
• Develop and maintain complex Omniscripts to support business processes and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Lead or support technical discussions and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Support end-to-end order management processes, including automation, validation, orchestration, and integration.
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high quality delivery within demanding, client-oriented environments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical enablement, and the continuous development of Salesforce capabilities within the team.

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar areas.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation projects.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), particularly Communications Cloud.
• Proven experience working on complex integration and digital transformation projects within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Industries CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Capture.
• Strong Omniscript development skills.
• Good knowledge of front‑end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Core technologies, including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs.
• Experience with Order Management and end‑to‑end order process integration is highly valued.
• Salesforce Industries / Omnistudio certifications are highly valued.
• Strong involvement in Salesforce training, certification, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a clear client‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with and/or lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in changing environments.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.

• Based in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid regime.
