InnoWave is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Portugal to join our team and drive complex digital transformation in the telecommunications sector. You will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Industries solutions with a focus on Communications Cloud and CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Capture.

You will also develop Omniscripts, integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, high-quality results.

Qualificações

• Degree required in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of professional Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), especially Communications Cloud.
• Proven track record on complex integration and digital transformation projects in telecommunications.
• Strong Omniscript development skills.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce core technologies: Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Visualforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Experience with Order Management and end-to-end order process integration is valued.
• Salesforce Industries / Omnistudio certifications are highly valued.
• Strong involvement in Salesforce training, certification, and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with and/or lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Hybrid work availability in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and deliver Salesforce Industries solutions focused on Communications Cloud.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and implement telecom-specific Salesforce Industries features: CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Capture.
• Develop and maintain Omniscripts to support business processes and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Lead or support technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to end-to-end order management, including automation and validation.
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high-quality delivery in demanding environments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and Salesforce capability development.
