Wire IT is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to join a remote role based in Portugal. The candidate will lead Salesforce projects, design architectures, and oversee integrations while ensuring secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions.

• Proven Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer experience
• Strong Salesforce platform architecture knowledge
• Experience with Sales/Service/Experience/Financial Cloud
• Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture (roles, profiles, sharing)
• Experience designing enterprise integrations with Salesforce
• Data modelling and data management experience
• Git-based development and Salesforce delivery practices
• Ability to produce technical documentation and reviews

Role: Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• 8+ years of professional IT experience, with significant hands-on experience working with Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise implementation patterns.
• Strong experience with at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud
• Strong Salesforce development experience, including: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP integrations
• Good understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles/permission models, sharing rules, organisation-wide defaults and field-level security.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and experience with data migration and data management.
• Experience with Git-based development and modern Salesforce delivery/release practices.
• Experience producing technical documentation and solution design artefacts.
• Experience performing technical reviews, code reviews and configuration reviews.
