InnoTech in Lisbon seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities include configuring Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations; producing documentation; and mentoring developers to uphold coding standards. Hybrid work 2 days per week in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proven leadership skills to guide, mentor, and support a team of developers.
• Professional English level (B2 or higher) and hybrid work availability (Lisbon office 2 days/week).
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with development standards.
• Define, execute, and review unit tests, troubleshoot defects, and deliver robust bug fixes throughout the development lifecycle.

Your Mission Will Be

You Will Need

• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations;
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of developers;
• Professional English level (B2 or higher) and availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in our Lisbon office);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and/or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA);
• Experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments;
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for solution architecture, performance, and maintainability;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
