Luza Tecnologia in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented Tester to support QA across Salesforce Development, Azure Development, and Genesys Cloud Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will validate functionality, identify defects, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

You will design and execute test cases, validate features, collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners, and help maintain test coverage and quality across the development

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and data model.
• Experience testing Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control like Git, and Agile workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester to join our team and support quality assurance activities across Salesforce Development, Azure Development, and Genesys Cloud Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Salesforce development experience (3–4 years) including Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Azure middleware is a plus).
• Experience testing Azure-based solutions and cloud applications.
• Experience testing Genesys Cloud solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model (Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud).
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Basic understanding of testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (user stories, refinement, sprints).
