Mantu is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting the implementation of Salesforce-based solutions and integrations.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across projects. Fluency with Salesforce and integration know-how are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Business Analyst (BA) with strong knowledge of Salesforce and systems integration to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting the implementation and evolution of solutions.

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements;
• Analyse and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Support projects and initiatives related to system enhancements and new solutions;
• Analyse and follow up on integrations between different systems and applications;

• Knowledge of business processes and systems within these industries.

Experience in banking or insurance will be considered a strong advantage, particularly given the need for a high level of autonomy and the relatively limited support available within the existing team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an environment where ownership, autonomy and proactivity are essential, with the ability to identify needs, anticipate potential issues and drive topics through to resolution.
