Mantu is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting the implementation of Salesforce-based solutions and integrations.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across projects. Fluency with Salesforce and integration know-how are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven professional experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst.
• Solid experience and knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience and knowledge of systems integration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support projects and initiatives related to system enhancements and new solutions.
• Analyse and follow up on integrations between different systems and applications.
• Contribute to the definition and validation of functional solutions.
• Support functional testing and solution validation.
• Investigate and analyse issues, contributing to their resolution.
• Create and maintain relevant functional and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
