Jobgether is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Token Factory in Portugal. The role bridges customer requirements with engineering realities, supporting AI inference workloads at scale.

You will work with Sales and Engineering to shape opportunities, validate PoCs, and drive production-ready architectures that are economically viable. You'll identify recurring workload patterns and translate needs into actionable product opportunities while operating in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Python with focus on AI inference workloads.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to reason about latency, throughput, and costs in AI deployments.
• Experience with deploying large language model inferences at scale.
• Familiarity with modern MLOps and cloud technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-depth technical discovery with engineering teams and stakeholders to understand models, latency, and dependencies.
• Translate objectives into production-ready architectures while identifying risks and constraints.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities to shape deal strategy.
• Define PoC success criteria including latency, TTFT, throughput, and cost.
• Assess workload complexity and determine required optimization and GPU capacity.
• Drive Go/No-Go decisions to keep PoCs scoped and cost-effective.
• Identify recurring workload patterns and translate into product opportunities.
• Contribute to platform evolution based on real-world workloads.
• Ensure deals are technically sound before engineering engagement.
